All that I do:
- Eat cheese
- Talk about how sleepy cheese makes me
- Sleep
- Post to my blog about dairy products in general
It occurred to me today that I keep a blog because it is a way of storing memories. I was describing why I use Last.fm - which is a difficult question to answer because there is no great reason - and I concluded that the idea of a legacy appeals to me. Many people imply fame and lasting impact (on posterity) when they say legacy, but I desire it more for myself. There is something about being able to go back and look at my own patterns that strikes me as both intellectually intriguing and necessary if all those times I listened to the Strange Vines Delta Spirit MySpace rip is going to mean anything in the long run. Not that I care if anyone else sees it, but I think that I will enjoy looking back on my own.
It is with this in mind that I think that the idea of a virtual-self begins to appear. As stupid and ridiculous as that sounds, it seems to me that the eventual uploading of all our information is going to need a cause, and while it may be convenience for some and immortality for others, I’ll sign up if only to justify my real existence by creating a virtual one.
God that’s sad.

Whey is underrepresented in that list.
Also, yoghurt.
